There are different ways you can engage with our team at Talent Blueprint;

Partnership Model (RPO)

Acting as an extension of your team, we operate like your in-house recruitment function. This model is fully customisable, offering the choice of an hourly rate for businesses with fluctuating recruitment demands or a fixed monthly fee with dedicated hours tailored to your needs. Exclusive Agreement

Engage us for individual roles on an exclusive basis, where we dedicate a focused team to your specific needs. With this model, you’ll benefit from a committed effort and specialised hours allocated to finding the right candidate, with fees based on successful placements.

Contingency Recruitment

For businesses preferring a non-exclusive approach, we offer contingency recruitment. While this model provides access to our talent network, roles that are not exclusive may not receive a dedicated team or set hours focused on the role.
