There are two ways you can choose to engage with our team at Talent Blueprint:

Our Relationship Model or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), where we operate like your in-house recruitment team.

What do we do?

You transfer your recruitment processes to us, and we operate like your own in-house recruitment team. A set price from month-to-month which includes a range of services such as recruitment planning, careers page management, social media marketing and other services you would expect from an in-house team.  

Benefits
  • Access to a dedicated recruitment team who maintain brand independence – making it easier to headhunt.
  • Lower cost per role.
  • Faster time to market – because we get to know you and your business so well, we can act faster to recruit your roles.
  • We assume management of the entire recruitment process including writing PDs, qualifying candidates, and negotiating offers.
