Our Team

Meet our team.

We’ve been master planning top talent since 2014.

Michael Berger

Founding Director
B. Bus (Marketing), QUT
MBA (Business Management), University of New South Wales

Michael founded Talent Blueprint in 2014 to help SME owners and leaders in the Queensland engineering and construction sector build their teams and grow their businesses.

Michael is passionate about working with aspirational business leaders to create rich talent pools for their growing businesses. With over 20 years of experience in this sector across Europe and Australasia, Michael created the unique Talent Blueprint 5 Step Recruitment Blueprint which can be tailored and applied to any recruitment challenge. You can either implement it yourself, or get us to help you do it, providing all the benefits of your own internal talent team without the overheads.

Over the last 20 years Michael has been:

  • Recognised as a leading supplier to Worley Parsons.
  • Listed as a preferred supplier to the Queensland Gas Company.
  • A key recruitment partner to London Underground in the UK.
  • Sole recruitment supplier and advisor to multiple growing QLD SME’s.

“Before dealing with Michael I really disliked recruiters. I considered them to be in the same category as real estate agents. But Michael has changed that perception for me. He really understands what our needs are, and he has spent a lot of time with us over four years to get that.”

– Identifying qualified candidates through their network, job boards, and other sources.

– Conducting initial screenings and interviews to ensure that candidates meet the company’s requirements and have the necessary skills and experience.

– Providing guidance and advice to both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and helping with onboarding.
