Congratulations to KENT ELSSMANN, a CPEng RPEQ Civil Engineer who was recently appointed as Project Manager at Pensar.

Kent will run a TMR highway widening project based in Nth QLD which involves approx 3km of Highway, earthworks, CTB pavement, drainage extensions & bitumen seal.

Kent has over 20 years civil engineering experience across the globe and has designed, tendered, awarded and managed the construction of a wide range of civil and structural projects. Over his career he has completed a range of challenging projects including the international Airport in Abu Dhabi, highway projects across Phoenix, Arizona in the USA and Flood relief projects across QLD.
